The command run on Vista

The "Run" from the Start menu is no longer displayed by default, but it has not gone so far! In fact, it is more useful because you can now type commands with parameters directly from the "field research" on the Start menu. However, the old box of enforcement may be called directly using the keyboard shortcut [Windows logo key] + [R]

You can reinstall the option in the Start menu. Click the right button on the icon Vista (Start menu), choose Properties. In the Start Menu tab, click Customize. Finally, in the list of options, select the "Run Command"...And that's it.
